Kristen Sullivan played 4 years of volleyball at El Dorado High School and her team finished 3rd in the State her senior year.  Her club team that she competed on during high school played all over the United States and in Europe.  Sullivan then enrolled at Sacramento City College to play volleyball for the Panthers.  She was a 2-time All-Conference, All-NorCal and All-State Selection; and was the first 2-time All American in SCC volleyball history as she was named a 2nd Team Selection in 1996 and a 1st Team Selection in 1997.  Her 1997 team finished 7th at the State Championships.   She is the All-Time school leader in Aces with 109, 5th All-Time in Kills with 483, and 8th All-Time in Total Digs with 587.  After Sac City, Sullivan went on to play her junior and senior seasons at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, a NCAA D-II affiliate.  Kristen was named Newcomer of the Year her junior season and was selected as Conference Player of the Week and a 2nd Team All-Conference selection as a senior.  She is currently tied for 5th in kills (29), tied for 6th in digs (33), and tied for 3rd with service aces (7) on the UAF All-Time individual match records list.  Sullivan is also 6th All-time for kills in a season with 386 and 1st All-Time in digs with 477.  She still lives in Fairbanks, AK and is the owner/baker of Ruby Snacks Dog Biscuits.
