Prior to competing for the Panthers, she was a 4 year Varsity letter in track & field at Foothill High School and qualified for the CIF State Championship in the 100m in 2003.  After SCC, she went to Louisiana Tech University where she helped the team win back-to-back Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Indoor and Outdoor Championships.  As a junior she was a member of the WAC outdoor 4x100m Championship relay team (45.19) and finished 3rd overall in the 60m (indoor) and 200m (outdoor).  As a senior she won the WAC Indoor 200m championship (24.37) and was the runner up in the 60m (indoor).

All of the coaches played a huge role throughout LaSadies collegiate career.  Not only did they believe in me on the track, but they also believed in me as an individual. During her career, she was also able to meet some great people that she can forever call her teammates.
