The No. 17 Sac City Panthers were beaten by No. 4 American River on the road 17-7. The Panthers defense held the Beavers to 0 points in the first half but SCC offensively struggled all night. The Panthers leading rusher So RB (#2) Tyree Hanson was held to 20 carries for 70 yards rushing with 1 touchdown. So WR (#10) Keylan Mack led the team with 6 catches for 38 yards. 

 

The Sac City defense was led by So DL (#99) Josh Johnson with 12 tackles (4 solo). Fr LB (#33) Terrance March had 10 tackles (4 solo), and Fr LB (#32) Deon Drake had 8 tackles (3 solo) with 1 sack.

 

The Panthers (4-3 / 1-1 Conf. ) will look to execute better at home this week against Siskiyous (3-4 / 0-2 Conf.) October 29th at 4 PM.  Come out and show your "Panther Pride"!
