The Men's Cross Country team opened up the 2016 season on Friday, September 2nd at the Nor-Cal Preview Meet at Sierra College. The Panthers had just two individuals enter the meet so they did not meet the minimum number of runners (5) to qualify for the team standings.
Andrew Caudle was the top finisher for SCC, crossing the finish line in 55th place with a time of 24:23.3. His teammate, Chet Bhatti finished in 90th place with a time of 25:43.1. There were 138 individual athletes that completed Friday's race.
The Panthers are back in action in two weeks, September 16th, at the Pat Ryan Invite in Santa Rosa.
