Game 1 at San Joaquin Delta (11-0) L

City got down early in first three innings 11-0 and weren't able to mount comeback. 1B Marissa Rocha went 1-2 with 1 hit, 3B Ashley Adamson was 1-2 with 1 hit, and C Cara McClinton was 1-1 with 1 hit. The Panthers pitching and defense look to bounce back in Game 2.

Game 2 at San Joaquin Delta (7-3) L

The Panthers bats came to life with 8 hits in Game 2 and were up 3-1 after the 3rd inning. Delta however rallied with 6 runs after the 5th inning and City was defeated by the Mustangs 7-3. RF Emily Murphy went 3-3 with 1 run scored, Reyna Garcia went 2-3 with 1 run scored, and CF Sydney Craft finished 1-4 with 1 run scored as well.

The Panthers (10-8 / Big 8 3-5) return home Tuesday to host Folsom Lake College (4-14 / Big 8 1-8) at "The Yard" 3 PM. Come out and show your "Panther Pride"!
