Coach Moore brings extensive experience that go along with his 25+ years of coaching. He has coached 15 years of high school softball at both Del Oro and Ponderosa high schools. He has compiled many conference and section championships and had several other teams that appeared in the section playoffs. 

Rich has been involved in ASA softball for over 20 years and has participated in many National Championships. His best finish was a National Championship Runner-Up with his 18 and under team.

Moore has helped over ninety student-athletes advance to the next level and continue their softball playing careers (and education) at the collegiate level.

Rich started coaching at Sacramento City College in the Fall of 2012.
