The Panthers concluded their regular season in great fashion. SCC put two teams on the mat at the SCC Multi duals for 3 matches each and won all 3 matches (6 total). Team 1 defeated Shasta 47-3, Skyline 57-0 and Santa Rosa 40-6. Team 2 defeated Delta 38-13, Shasta 44-9 and Skyline 47-9.
Leading the way for Team 1 were Jason Stokkeland (3-0, 2 falls), Dylan Crawford (3-0, 1 Fall), Isaac Bertolotto (3-0), Abel Garcia (3-0, MD and 2 TF), Robert Sillas (3-0, 2 falls), Robert Nickerson (3-0) and Morgan Sauseda (3-0).
Team 2 was led by Brandon Gonzales (3-0, fall), Felipe Lemus Servin (3-0), Omari Batts (2-0, MD and Tech), Hunter LaRue (2-0, MD), Carlos Alvarez (3-0), Daniel Warden (3-0, 2 falls) and Brian Horn (3-0, fall).
It was an all-around great way to finish the regular season as the Panthers finished the season with an overall record of 13-3 (4-0 in the Big 8).
The next competition is the Northern Region where 12 Panthers will represent SCC in the Post season on Saturday, December 2nd at Lassen College in Susanville.
