The Panthers moved their record to (3-2) after shutting out the College of Sequoias (3-2) 28-0 Saturday afternoon.  Offensively the Panthers were led by Fr RB (#28) Jimmy Hatch who had 26 carries for 74 yards rushing with 3 rushing touchdowns. Fr QB (#11) Justin Yeaton passed for 16-28 for 172 yards with 1 touchdown and 1 interception.  Fr WR (#15) Denzel Hampton caught six passes for 61 yards with 1 touchdown catch. Fr RB (#46) Keddrick Labady had 5 receptions for 58 yards. On defense the Panthers So DL (#23) Tai Saamu had 3 solo tackles with 1 sack for 11 yards lost. So DB (#25) Elijah Jones had 5 tackles (4 solo) and 1 interception, 1 pass break-up and 1 tackle for loss. Fr DB (#3) Shaunard Harts had an interception and a return for 25 yards on the night. 

The Panthers have a bye next Saturday 10/8 but will return to action 10/15 at Hughes against Sierra College at 6 PM. The October 15th game will also have activites centered around Sac City's 100th year celebration. Come out and show your Panther Pride!
