Alumni Match sets the tone for another great season of Panther Wrestling

The 40th annual Alumni Dual was a blast! About 50 SCC wrestling alumns were in attendance, and 21 wrestled. Coach Pacheco made his return to the mat at 62 years young and had an impressive performance. The match of the night was Jacob Hiller vs. Antoine Gibson-Green. In a rare alumni vs alumni match, Chris Brusato and Kevin Keisler brought back the Elk Grove vs. Vacaville rivalry. Always a great event to kick off the season! The Panthers will be in action for the season opener at the Bakersfield Duals hosted by Bakersfield College, this Saturday starting at 10am.
