After the Panthers and Pirates played to a 3-3 tie heading into halftime, the host team came on strong in the second half to win the game 11-5.  modesto scored 8 goas in the second ghalf, 4 in the 3rd quarter and 4 more in the 4th to beat City in the final game of the Modesto Tournament.

SCC was led by Brea Ruvalcaba's 3 goals, who know has 17 on the season.  Lilly Pilegaard and Kelsie Estep also scored for the Panthers.

City will travel back to the Central Valley on Wednesday for a Big 8 Conference match-up at Fresno City College @ 3:30pm.
