Coach Dilbeck is beginning his 5th season coaching with SCC. Todd has coached for many years at both Jesuit HS and Sheldon HS which he was their first ever coach. Although very successful at the HS level, He switched careers to work with college wrestlers. He was also involved with running the Sac Joaquin Masters Tournament and the CIF State Tournament. Dilbeck’s main duties include techniques and Sport Psychology for the team.
Coach Dilbeck is a graduate of Mira Loma HS. He went on to get his BA in Psychology at CSU Sacramento and has been teaching in the Sacramento area HS programs for 20 years. He also has a MS in Sports Psychology from Argosy University. His background as a Sports Psychologist make his coaching skills very special. Besides teaching at Sheldon HS and coaching at SCC, Todd runs his own business, Performance Consulting. He specializes in Sports Performance, Injury Recovery, and Team Building.
He is married to Mindy Westall and lives in Folsom. His son Teague is a top area wrestler for Granite Bay HS.
