Lenny Marandino comes to Sac City after a stint as head men's and women's coach for the Sac State Wrestling Club. He was a High School State Qualifier for Shasta HS in Redding. He then went on to wrestle at the NCAA D1 level at Brown University for 4 year, where the program was the top ranked academic wrestling team in NCAA all 4 years he was enrolled. Marandino is also a US Navy Veteran, having served as a Naval Aircrewman and Flight Engineer. He has also been a Certified Personal Trainer for 10 years including a private gym owner for 5 years.
