The Panthers completed the season with a 17-11 overall record and tied for third place in the Big 8. SCC won 9 its final 11 games (including a 6-game winning streak), but Big 8 tie-break rules cost the team a spot in the post season field. Several players received honors at the season's conclusion. Khyri Marshall and Andrew Ferrara-Jones were named first team all-league, and freshmen Drew Fischer, Money Lott, and Leo Wagner received honorable mention. Ferrara-Jones led the team in scoring, free throw percentage, and threes per game, while Marshall was second in scoring and led the team (and the conference) in field goal percentage. Fischer led the conference in assists and steals, while posting a league-best assist/turnover ratio (6th in the state among players with at least 100 assists). He also led the team in rebounding (8th in the conference), just ahead of Lott, who led the team in blocks and was second in steals. Wagner and Lott joined Ferrara-Jones and Marshall in averaging double figures (points).
