Sophomore guard Maddison Coleman helped the Panthers to a 5-2 record through the month of December. She scored in double-digits in 6 of those 7 games (104 points scored in the month) and would record 3 double-doubles. She scored a season-high 21 points against Fresno City at the Sequoias Tournament. Coleman also made an impact on the defensive side of the court with 22 steals and 9 blocked shots, 7 of those blocked shots came in the first two Big 8 Conference games that the Panthers won. Out of her 79 rebounds she pulled down, 57 of them came on defensive. Her Panthers are currently ranked #12 in the State and #6 in Nor-Cal and off to a 2-0 start in the Big 8 Conference.
