The Beavers started hot and jumped out to a 23-8 lead over the host Panthers by the end of the 1st quarter.  Isabelle Beaven led the team with 17 points, including 5 three-pointers and teammate Maddy Bates knocked down 5 long balls as well for her 15 points.  

City outscored ARC 12-10 in the 2nd quarter and trailed 33-20 at the break.  In the second half both teams would score 28 points and the Beavers hot start proved to be the difference in the game.

Sac City hosts the top team in the North Friday at 5:30pm as they welcome in Sierra College for another Big 8 Conference game.
